Newark Boys Chorus School shall make its facilities and service available to all persons without regard to ancestry, race, creed, color, national origin, religion,  or any other bias prohibited by law. Trustees and officers of the school, and the employees of the school, shall be selected, nominated, appointed or employed, as the case may be, and all assignments, privileges, regulations, restrictions, transfers, promotions, terminations and rates of pay and other forms of compensation of employees shall be made without regard to ancestry, race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, liability for service in the armed forces of the United States or physical handicap (except where requirements with respect to any of the foregoing factors may be established or permitted by law), or any other basis prohibited by law.
